Refund Policy

    • Refunds are applicable for services that are canceled within the first 7 days of subscription, provided that the service has not been fully utilized or accessed beyond the trial usage.
  2. Normal Refunds:

    • Refund requests can be initiated by contacting our support team via email or through the MindGrap.com dashboard. Normal refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of request.
  3. Instant Refunds:

    • For quicker processing, users can opt for instant refunds, which will be processed almost immediately. Note that a small fee may apply for instant refunds.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. If the original method is unavailable or closed, alternative arrangements can be discussed with our support team.
  5. Refund Communication:

    • Once a refund is processed, users will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund amount and the expected time frame for the credit to appear in their account.

Non-Refundable Services
